500th Post! 1974 Toyota Hilux

The Hilux was introduced in 1969, and started the line that would become the Toyota Truck in later years. Famous for being extremely tough (Top Gear tried to kill a Hilux and couldn't), the Hilux/Truck became popular in the U.S., living on today as the modern Tacoma. Although it's a second generation truck, the Hilux badges denote an early variation.
