1969 Citroen 2CV

A true French icon, the Citroen 2CV, or "duck," was produced for over 40 years, starting in 1948 and finally ending in 1990. Changes were few over its lifetime, meaning it's near impossible o know what year this one is. The definition of simplicity, the 2CV had numerous variations over the years, including the truly weird Sahara, which had two engines that each drove a set of wheels.

  1. Looks like the owner spared no expense in restoring it. Either that or it went directly into a collection upon purchase. Such lovely curves, one might even say "French Curves".

Doesn't that rear plate say "Wash 63"?
