Same license plates, so almost certainly same owner, since in WA our plates don't stay with the vehicle when the titled/registered owner changes (at least not w/standard issue plates like these; I don't know about antique/collector/specialty plates).
BMW E3 is very nice looking car but this 5 miles bumpers are really awful. Bright aqua lac - mmmmm.
